Normally I get to tell you about the women who choose life for their babies. But today I have to tell you about 4 women who chose to end their pregnancies last week.
Since Thanksgiving, we have been booked solid every week. We are thrilled, of course, but it means that the wait time for a first time appointment has stretched to a week or more.
Every day is crucial to a woman in crisis. For four women last week, the wait time was too long and they chose to abort their babies. We were devastated.
We need to open more days in order to accomodate the higher number of calls. But we can’t do that without your help. Adding an additional day to our schedule will increase our monthly budget by at least $3000.
I am asking you to consider making a monthly donation to help us open another day. $25, $50, or $100 a month will help. Or, if you are unable to pledge monthly, a single donation will help, too.
Our hope is to raise the funds needed so we can be open more hours and serve women more quickly. We know that women who are able to come in within a few days are far more likely to keep their appointments and choose life.
